Age Restriction

In accordance with the Licensing Acts, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks.  We will only sell to anyone who is 18 years of age and over (we have the right to ask for proof of this) as the Law requires.  By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 or over.

Payment

Our customers are our priority and in order to keep good customer relations we request that all Invoices are paid in full within 30 days.  Failure to do so could affect your credit rating and lead to further costs and incur legal expenses to recover same.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery.  We aim to deliver all orders within 3 – 7 working days.  Your order will be despatched within 7 days of payment being received.  However delivery times may be affected if there are stock availability problems or any other unforeseen circumstances.   Larger orders may be subject to extra delivery charges and we request at least 7 days’ notice for this service.  As you are aware Real Ale is a living product and must be kept in accordance with guidelines, therefore upon delivery in order to keep our product in tip top condition we ask that you store in a cool dry place ASAP.  All our Ales are checked at source and therefore once they leave our premises the onus of care transfers to the recipient.  These simple requests will ensure that our Fuggle Bunny Ales are always kept at their Best.
